The only thing I changed was the soy sauce. I used the low sodium soy, and it came out great! Hubby loved it!

My husband is mainly a meat & potatoes kind of guy, but he said he'd eat this again. Believe me, he's one of the pickiest eaters on planet Earth, so it had to be good ! I think it was great!

I made this for dinner tonight, & my husband, who usually does the cooking, thought it was great. So did I. I think I may have cooked it on too high a temp, because the garlic started to burn. I did flour the meat first, & since I ran out of liquid, I added water. It really turned out great & I would definitely make it again.

Awesome...took the others advice. Unfortunately, I tasted the caramel/peanut portion, prior to putting it on the fudge, and determined that those two ingredients, melted together, make a wonderful ice cream topping. The fudge recipe, though, is yummy!

These are my new "go to" favorites...although I used white chocolate chips. I made them, last year, for a cookie exchange, and everyone loved them. They're so easy to whip up and the colors are traditionally festive.

The flavor was outstanding. I made the cake in 2 9" pans, for a layer cake. The next time, I think I'd make 3 8" layers, as the cake went over the edges of the pans, but the flavor was out of this world. (I adjusted the baking time to 25 minutes, with my convection oven.) As another reviewer did, I omitted the nuts, and added a bit of maple syrup to the frosting. Yummy and a nice addition to our Thanksgiving meal!

I like that this recipe DOES not use cider or apple sauce. I did take the suggestion of reducing the sugar and adding a couple more spices as one reviewer suggested. I didn't use a crock pot. I used a slow oven and an immersion blender. Can't wait to try it again!

Only change needed is increasing the marinade to pork ratio. I doubled the marinade.

Grade A+ sauce. The amount of prosciutto makes this a costly recipe though. It's well worth the cash for a special treat.

Very easy and tasty. Took to a summer party and everyone loved it. I'd like it served over grilled chicken, port or fish. Yum!
