About me:
I began cooking when I was a kid, my grandma would gather us kids around the table, and gave us each a job to do...such as measuring, etc. That continued throughout my childhood, and when I was in high school, I had the opportunity to attend a Commercial Foods course at the local vocational school. I've continued my love for cooking, and have enjoyed learning how to make the different dishes my husband likes, as he's Italian. In fact, after tasting my first attempt at his family's recipe for tomato sauce, he absolutely refused to buy the store-bought kind anymore!

Curry Beef Stir-Fry

I loved this dish!. I put mushrooms in it too, and I think when I make it next time, I will use less celery and more varities of vegtables.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was a great soup. My husband is not a soup lover and he could not get enough. Served with chopped chives, crumbed bacon and shedded cheese that so that each person could add want they wanted. A little of each made it a hit.
