Maple Salmon

There's not much to be said about this recipe than what has already been said! We've made this recipe about 10 times over the last year and we never tire of making it! I'm a big fan of having it with a nice almond rice pilaf as well :-)

Wonderful and tasty recipe. We loved this!! Added wasabi paste to the sauce and steamed the green beans instead of frying them. Also used more reduced sodium soy sauce. Cannot wait to make these again and again.

We loved this recipe. Made a few adjustments and we loved it even more. Did not include broccoli, added 1T mayo and reduced the mustard by that amount, added salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a smidege of dill weed. Thanks for a great recipe that we will continue to make and tweak.

OMG!!! As good or better than any I have had at local restaurants. I used one can of reg and one can of light coconut milk, substituted water chestnuts for the bamboo. I used crushed pineapple and added some of the juice to the sauce. Garnished with cilantro. SO YUMMY!

White Chili I

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2007
I doubled the spices and used two cans of Great Nothern Beans. I drained the beans, but did not rinse them. I put one can into the Magic Bullet blender with some of the chili and blended. I then added this mixture and the other can of beans to the chili. Delicious! My bf said he liked better than traditional chili. Thanks for the recipe!
