Best mimosa we have ever had the pleasure to drink. The gals at brunch could not stop raving. We added a bit of Triple Sec, too.

Not as good as the real thing, but if you are in a hurry this is great. I used less sugar and more chocolate.

Antipasto Skewers

This was a good basic recipe and with additions/changes it was amazing! Used french bread and omitted the shrooms ( I do not like). Added balsamic vinegar and Italian seasonings. My guests loved and they all wanted the recipe. Thanks for a great idea.

Cream Cheese Squares

Very easy to make. I added sugar-free strawberry preserves on top of the cream cheese mixture and used less sugar in the cream cheese mixture. I sprinkled brown sugar on top with the cinnamon. I would give it a 5 after the changes.

We loved this recipe! Very easy to make and has a wonderful flavor. We substituted some of the water for chicken broth. We ate like a stew the first night and the night day made tacos out of it. This recipe is a keeper!

The only thing I would change is to reduce the garlic salt or use garlic powder instead. With the parm, it was a tad too salty for us. Other than that, we cannot wait to make again!!
