Japanese Zucchini and Onions

I have made this twice now and am eating some for lunch right now. Even my S-I-L who is the pickiest eater I know loved it. Thanks for a great new way of fixing all the zucchini in my garden.

Best Lemonade Ever

I can't say enough good things about this lemonade! It's so simple to make and is incredibly fresh. Perfect mix of sweet and sour. Thank you so much!

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

I'm on the search for a recipe to replace the store mixes I run to, and this one isn't cutting it. I whipped it for several minutes but it was still too dense for my liking and wasn't very sweet. I might give it one more try with oil instead of shortening, as one reviewer suggested.
