I made this today for my 8 month old daughter and she absolutly loved it. After every bit she would smile and yell ( when she yells she wants more and your not feeding her fast enough) or say mmmmm. I have a feeling I will be making this often. My 8 year old is at school and hasn't had any yet but I know she is going to love it and want to help make it next time.

Corn Dog Muffins

Half of us liked it. My 18 mo old ate a whole himself. Probably something i'll make for a snack for just me and him. Its quick and easy.

Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge

i made this last year and everyone loved them. quick and easy and hard to mess up. I used white chocolate chips for the middle layer. I put the first and second layer in the freezer to chill faster. I layered the pan with foil which i lightly greased. No problems getting them out.
