Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

These were AWESOME!! I was looking for a fast and easy biscuit, and boy did these do the job. They were perfectly crusty on the outside, and light and fluffy on the inside. LOVE THESE BISCUITS. I did double the recipe purely cuz I know that it wouldnt be enough for my family. They loved them!

Throw Together Mexican Casserole

Well, it wasn't fantastic, it wasn't horrible. Very easy to make. Kids don't like olives, so didn't put them in, forgot salsa (ooops, thats why rating a 4 instead of 3) and put a layer of sharp cheddar cheese on top before baking. Everyone ate it (except my mexican food hating daughter), my oldest son did have seconds, but nobody wants me to make it again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These were good. Very easy to make, however, the rolls I usually make are gobbled up faster than you can blink, these...they didn't even eat half of them.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is by far the biggest hit I've ever made. I did make it as a layer dip - used ranch dressing and softened cream cheese (blended) as the first layer, boiled (with grill seasoning and onion powder)shredded chicken smothered in Frank's Buffalo sauce as the second layer, topped off with shredded cheddar and baked at 350 for about 20ish minutes. Fabulous served with Frito's scoops and celery sticks.

Colorful Vegetable Fajitas

quick and easy fajita recipe! I added zucchini, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and 2% colby and Monteray jack cheese. i also added the salsa as a topper, and skipped the cilantro! excellent 15 min meal! great job!

Sweet Grilled Corn

This was the most tender corn I have ever made. I soaked in water for about 2 hours, then brushed with mixture, then grilled for about 30 minutes. Hubby loved it, but got mixed reviews from the rest of the family. Will make again, but will probably play around with the spices a little to meet the tastes of the whole family.

Cheddar Herb Bread

Have to say, very easy to do, has a lot of good flavor, but only gave it 4 stars because family who usually devours garlic bread, only had one piece each, with the exception of my teenage son who ate two because he was still hungry, but said it was just ok, but I like it.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

Well, after ready all the other comments, I did not add any salt, and marinated in a sealed ziplock bag for about 5 hours. Steaks turned out wonderfully juicy and flavorful. Only thing I will do differantly next time is not walk away from grill...the marinade caught fire on one of the steaks, so one side was black, but steak was cooked perfectly other than that. Awesome!!

Chicken Piccata II

Loved Loved Loved this recipe!! I did change things like past reviewers though. I thought 1/4 cup of butter was a bit much considering I'm trying to eat healthier, lol. So I used olive oil to saute the chicken. I also addes freshed minced garlic and of course a bunch of capers. My son had never had these and said, mom I like these little green round things :) I added two whole squeezed lemons into the recipe, if it's suppose to taste like lemon mine sure did and it was yummy!! I totally forgot to add the mushrooms :( But I will for sure next time! This is a keeper!!! Thanks!
