I'm 30 and live w/ my bf and son. I always cooked just a few meals before, very simple, no brainers. As soon as my son turned the age of being able to eat what we eat about 10 months ago, I started getting interested in cooking. Raman Noodles was a staple way back in the day. I love the Food Network and cook at least 5 times out of the week, sometimes 6. I'm not afraid of the stove anymore :O)

Barbequed Cabbage

I haven't tried this recipe but, I love cabbage on the grill. However, I parboil it first for a few minutes then make a foil packet and season it with butter garlic salt and pepper and sometimes a little italian dressing to keep it from sticking. Even people who really don't like cabbage love it.

Pistachio Cake III

I made this recipe BUT I made a few changes. I used white cake , I did not use,have,or,add almond extract;and I added 10 drops of green. This was an awsome recipe and very moist.I will defently make this again.Go ahead and try it my way and you'll agree.

Raspberry Breakfast Braid

Very quick and very easy. Just remeber to seal off the ends of your pastry or else you're going to have jelly everywhere.
