Chocolate Frosting I

Wonderful recipe! Thank you. Per other reviews, I only used 3 cups of sugar and it was just right. The recipe made enough to cover a 9x13 cake generously.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

The sauce was pretty good but I had to use dry dill instead of fresh which I am sure makes a difference. Overall, my family thought traditional tartar sauce was better.

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Reviewed on Jun. 26, 2009 by Sharon H
Very good. I usually screw up any Steak type of thing on the grill but this turned out great. Meat was very tender even after only marinating 2 hrs. I also marinated the veggies separately (onion, mushroom, and pepper) which added flavor. Mine were done about about 12 minutes on Med-High heat. A new summer repeater meal!
