Brown Sugar Shortbread

These were good but I think they didn't taste that different than shortbread made with white sugar--however they made great bars and turned out very nicely.

I've gone through several recipes for pb fudge--nothing has ever worked for me-this recipe is easy and the texture is perfect and it firmed up for me!

Strawberry Pineapple Bread

I thought this was OKAY....I used unsweetened strawberries and it wasn't as strawberry-ish as I would have liked. The crust on the outside was really nice though--it had a nice texture.
