I used skim milk and 1/2 amount of chocolate chips to save on calories. The bottoms were lightly browned I used silicone mini muffin pan. It only took 12 minutes to bake. The kids loved em!

Forever Fresh Cookies

I just made this pie today and it was absolutely fabulous. To be honest, I was going to add it to all the recipes on this website, but I decided to search for it first. If you like pumpkin pie and cool whip, you will love this recipe. IT tastes just like regular pumpkin pie covered in whipped cream. Delicious!!!

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

It was delicious and filling, i added spaghetti sauce on top and you would've thought you were at an Italian restaurant! I also only used 1/2 tsp of curry (i'm not a big fan)but like i said it was delicious
