Not your traditional dressing, very salty and very bland at the same time

Baked Parmesan Perch

Reviewed on Jan. 28, 2008 by Julie L
This is the BEST fish recipe I have tried in a very long time...I used Tilapia. My husband ate it right up and asked me to make it again soon. That's a bonus since he is not a big fish fan.

Oven-Dried Beef Jerky

Reviewed on Jan. 28, 2008 by Julie L
Just a quick note...I used to make jerky for a local grocery store...you do not have to bake it that long. Try it again at 200 degrees and stick a wooden spoon in the oven door so that is cracked a tad. Bake it for about 1 1/2 hours. According to what I see, the ingredients should make this recipe taste great...trust me and try it again.
