This was very good! I did however, make it on the stove-top instead of the crockpot and it turned out great (even better the next day!). I let it simmer on low for about an hour and I also added some cumin,fresh garlic, and a can of nacho cheese soup (as another cook suggested) and it was awesome. The beer gives it a robust undertone. This will definately be a staple in our house. Thanks for sharing!
