Italian Pesto Pizza

Add any toppings you like. The key is to use pesto as the sauce and to use fresh mozzarrella. I will make this over and over.

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

I made this with roasted red peppers instead of the sundried tomatoes, because I bought the wrong thing at the grocery store. It turned out great that way and I would love to try this recipe with other vegetables. Yum.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

I skipped the flour step because I didn't have any flour...this was a night before grocery shopping meal. And I didn't miss it. I might try it next time, but even without it I would rate this a 5 star recipe.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Owen's Mozzarella And Tomato Salad

These lack flavor in my opinion but you can add topping to them. I added sy rup and nutella. I will make these again. They are easy to make and use less counter space by cooking in the oven which I appreciate in my small kitchen.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

We loved this. I only marinated about 8 hours so the marinade wasn't completely through the meat but it was there. Next time I'll marinate overnight. Yummo!
