About me:
I am 26 years old and just moved to Plant City Florida with my boyfriend. Plant City is right out side of Tampa. My boyfriends' father moved down here first and opened a business; his wife is still in Michigan. So me being the only female down here I end up cooking everyday. Which I love. Plus they are a Traditional Romanian family so when someone comes to visit it is traditional for them to be invited to a big meal. Thats where I really get to showcase my talents.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed on Apr. 13, 2008 by OnceWasDavey
I followed the recipe exactly and liked the taste. It was a very subtle sweetness, with not much spice. When I make this again I'll probably use a bit more curry powder (an extra tsp.) and maybe a spicy mustard for a little zing. The recipe itself? Worth trying. Yummy chicken! :)

My whole family loves the taste of this yummy cookie! The dollops are about a tablespoon and a half when I doll them out. Nice recipe. Thanks!!

Split Pea and Ham Soup II

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2007 by CANELSON
I used a part tip from 2/28/06 review and simmered the bone overnight in crockpot, refrigerated and defatted. To the 16 cups of ham base, followed recipe adding two bay leaves and another pound of peas...delicious.
