Best Brownies

Reviewed on Aug. 14, 2009 by MikeGinnyMD
I have been cooking for 10 years and this is my brownie recipe. It is THE most robust, simplest, no-fuss, no-muss recipe, EVER. And the brownies are amazing. Every bit as fast as using a box, but you get to control what goes into it. I'd give it ten stars if I could! Angie, whoever you are and wherever you are, thank you!

Chicken Scarpariello

Reviewed on Apr. 13, 2009 by FARMERSQUEEN
This was great! My whole family loved it. I served it with whole wheat pasta and a salad. I made the recipe exactly as is except I added some capers. They are not necessary but I had them and thought I would just add them. Next time I think I will also add some sauted mushrooms. Neither the capers or the mushrooms are necessary...just personal favorites. The recipe is excellent on its own.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed on Apr. 13, 2009 by FARMERSQUEEN
My daughter turned me on to this recipe and I just love it. I love old fashioned chili with meat...but this vegetarian chili has stepped up to being my favorite. The only thing I do different is I only use one jalapeno pepper. But, that's just a personal choice. Our whole family enjoys this recipe. Thanks for sharing it.
