Chicken Fajita Melts

This was soooooooo good. I used green peppers instead of red but other than that followed the recipe. The next time I make it I will slice my bread to be like French Bread Pizza as I think it will be easier to eat. Thanks for a great add to my box LMP!

Beef, Bean and Barley Stew

It's a good recipe - especially when you are down to a couple of carrots and potatoes in the frige. I did add a lot more herbs than it called for. I left out the caraway seeds and used Italian sausage instead of beef which gave it more of a Mediterranean taste.

Byrdhouse Easy Ginger Beef Sandwiches

These were very good. I had some issues with the how the meat turned out but I know it was my fault, not the recipes. It was way to "soupy" so I added cornstarch and served with rice. Will do things the way sunny described in her review above. Also, I will use green onion instead of regular.
