Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed on Sep. 30, 2008 by LEUCANTHEMUM17
This was really good! Even my sweet potato hating boyfriend loved it. I didn't mash up the beans (used black beans) at all, & I added a little pinch of cinnamon to the sweet potatoes...then I mixed the sweet potatoes & beans together before putting them into the tortilla. Oh, also added omitted the water & added a Tbsp of lime juice!

Best Guacamole

Reviewed on Sep. 2, 2008 by GOLFBHARD
I have made this recipe for years. My only difference is I omit the Olive Oil and put in a tablespoon of hot salsa. I also use more onions than this recipe. I get requests for it all the time. The lemon juice helps keep the guacamole from turing too brown.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed on Aug. 14, 2008 by GOLFBHARD
This is a very good tuna salad recipe. The curry I had on hand was a little old so I don't know if that affected the curry taste (not too strong) but I will definately make this recipe from now on. I added mayo until I got the consistancy I wanted. Thanks!
