About me:
I'm 23 years old, and I'm Greek/Polish. I've been cooking since I was able to reach the stove, and I used to refuse to take naps as a child until I'd watched the cooking shows on TV. All of my friends think I should be in culinery school, but I'd rather cook for fun than for money. Cooking new things for friends and family is truly my passion.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed on May 6, 2008 by londonrose
I make this recipe but I like to use chicken on the bones for more flavor and I use a whold carton of plain yogurt and and I use some honey in the sauce after it cooks to take away the bitterness and I use some curry in the sauce and use crushed tomatoes and it turns out awesome.

Best Bruschetta Ever

Reviewed on May 6, 2008 by londonrose
I prefer to use fresh basil and 1/2 olive oil with 1/2 real butter and mix with this the tomatoes and garlic I use small loaf of french or italian bread or even bread sticks and slice them and top the ingredients on and broil them under the broiler for just minutes but you have to watch them they brown fast..

The kids and husband loved this even though I forgot to add milk to the end sauce. A good recipe and definitely a keeper.
