These were really tasty and versatile! I have a couple kids that don't like BBQ so I diced some hot dogs and put it in the 'shell' and topped with cheese for them. Yum!

Coconut Macaroons III

I consider myself a good cook and I love coconut but I could not stomach these! Maybe it's just personal preference. The sweetened condensed milk flavor was overpowering and sickenly sweet.
