I gave this recipe 4 stars because it was extremely good (i never eat the crust off of pies, just the filling, and I ate this one!), but I found it EXTREMELY hard to roll out. I did use a whole egg, as other members had suggested. I can't imagine what it would have been like with only half an egg. When I make this again (today or tomorrow), I am going to make it 2 1/2 times bigger for two pies. Very good tasting pie crust though!

I just thought it was ok, but seemed like it could have used a more pronounced raspberry flavor. Overall, not bad- I just didn't feel like it was the best I had ever tasted.

I just tried this tonight on a whim. I baked it in a 9 inch iron skillet for about 45 minutes at 350. Yum! Even my picky husband said it was fabulous! Thanks for the "keeper" recipe!

I thought this idea was a great concept, but in my personal opinion, it was just way too salty. I think if I ever try it again, I will either cut out half the soy sauce, or the seasoning packet.

I served over egg noodles and even my picky 7 year old liked it. I wasn't especially crazy about the spice combination and will probably forgo the thyme when I make again. Also, I will probably cut down on the cream cheese a little. Overall, though, it was fast, easy and pleasing.

I have just tried this recipe, and I loved it!!!!!!!!!I was skeptical at first when I saw the dough, and so was my husband. Boy, were we wrong! These are as good a cookie as I have ever baked! If you follow directions exactly, you should have as much success as we did-no changes are needed in my estimation! Heartily endorsedrecipe!

I made this 2 nights in a row for different functions. The first night I used toasted almonds, the second night I used walnuts. It was delicious and a big hit both times. I had intended to add feta to it as well, but forgot to take it with me. I will try it with feta next time. Thanks!!

I loved the dough topping and the general flavor. My pie was very runny inside. It needs something to thicken up the inside.

Easy to make with a great taste. I actually only had one piece before I left for work, when I got home, it was gone. When I asked what kind of pie my husband wanted next week, he said another blueberry. I would call that a 5 star pie
