Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
Fantastic! I use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, and used BW3's spicy garlic sauce and it's delish!

My family loved this! I followed it exactly and even kept the sauce for shedded pork and it is awesome!

Easy Italian Sausage Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
Not sure why others found this flavorless! Italian Sausage is loaded with flavor by itself. I took some others' suggestions and added garlic powder and italian seasoning to the sauce. Also used double the amount of sauce. It turned out great.

Citrus-Topped Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
I made this for my husband and another couple and we all loved it! It is a refreshing way to cook pork chops. And they were wonderfully tender. I omitted the dry mustard and ginger, instead using a tablespoon or so of honey mustard.

Easy Paella

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
My family loves this recipe. Of course I had to change a couple things and use what I had on hand. I added green onions, corn, spinach and green chiles and a couple jalapenos instead of peppers.

Grandma's Onion Rings (Southern Style)

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2008
Way to go Grandma! My husband loved this recipe - it's like something you'd get at a restaurant. Next time, I think I'll try replacing the white vinegar with natural apple-cider vinegar for extra tang. I don't have much experience with frying and did these in extra-virgin olive oil for a "healthier" version. I was happily surprised that there was no scorching at all with the lower-burning point oil.

Ham Bone Soup

Reviewed: May 11, 2008
Great recipe! I followed it exactly except used low sodium chicken broth instead of the bouillon and water. I will now make this every time I have a left over ham bone rather than the old ham and beans.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
This is a great recipe to add the "wow" to your hamburgers. I didn't have the onion on hand, so I threw in about three-fourths of a Tbs of onion powder, which worked well. I actually cooked them on the broiler in my oven, about 5 minutes for each side on medium heat(watching carefully that the bacon doesn't singe). That worked nicely, but next time, I will be sure to make the patties "extra flat", as I couldn't press them down as I would have on the grill.
