Navajo Fry Bread II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
With some alterations, this was a great recipe. As per the other reviewers, I cut the salt to two teaspoons. I also cut the milk to 2 1/4 cups, and added about a half cup of flour as I formed the balls. This went great with Spanish rice and spicy beef with onions. I will make again. Note, though, that this makes a LOT of bread.

I made this for the Super Bowl. There was none left at all! My husband even ate it and he isn't a big cream cheese fan. Very simple to make. I served it with store bought garlic bread sticks. Thanks for sharing a wonderful recipe!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
This was very yummy and easy! I used a can of peaches in heavy syrup and a can of peaches in light syrup. It wasn't too sweet or too bland. I added a LOT of cinnamon, probably about two tablespoons worth. I served it right out of the oven with vanilla ice cream on top. YUMMY! It tastes even better the next day after its warmed in the microwave for about a minute. Very easy to make!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Next time I will use beef with a higher fat content, and fresh bread crumbs. They came out a little "meatloaf-y" but I think it was the meat I used. They were still yummy!

This was so yummy! I did not have a shallow baking pan, so the drippings turned black and stuck to the pan. Even then it was still so good! Double the sause! The sause was the best!! Sooooo yummy over mashed 'taters!
