Pumpkin Chili

Reviewed on Nov. 2, 2009 by Kristin
Awesome! I made this for a Halloween Party we had and people loved it. My modifications: NO tomato juice. I have tomato juice in chili. Instead I used 2 quarts of canned tomatoes. I also used 1/8 cup of sugar (any more would have killed people with sweetness). I used about 2.5 tablespoons of chili powder, and the 3/4 can of pumpkin puree. GOod stuff. My husband liked it and he doesn't normally like chili. Will make instead of my 'normal chili from now on. THANK YOU!!!

Rosemary Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed on Aug. 10, 2009 by Nancy M.
These were absolutely yummy! They were a nice change of pace from the cheesy scalloped potatoes we usually have. These potatoes were creamy and loaded with flavor! I used the fat free half and half and was thrilled with the results! I also did as another reviewer suggested and steeped the rosemary in the sauce mixture. This added a pleasant rosemary flavor to the dish without overpowering it. So delicious!

Canadian Won Tons

Reviewed on May 11, 2009 by S*T*L*Y
These were excellent and fairly simple. The store was out of won ton wrappers, so I picked up egg roll wrappers instead. You can cut them down to size or make a larger version...both were still very good. These are a little spicy (I like spice),so you may want to cut down a little if you like things mild.
