I think that the reason I love cooking so much is that it was a bonding experience between myself and my Mother. Some of my earliest memories are of helping my mom prepare meals in the kitchen - our family even jokes about how if you need to find Mom you'd better check the kitchen first! I absolutely LOVE to create meals for my friends and family, and it's actually the second thing I look forward to once I get home from a full day's work. (A kiss from my sweetie is the first!)

Yogurt Whole Wheat Quick Bread

The texture was good, but the flavor was lacking. I added another 1/4 t. of cinnamon, but next time would add 1/2 - 1 t. salt also.

Dad's Best Burgers

This is an AWESOME burger! We have a restaurant close to our home and they have by far the worlds best burger and I have to say this one comes pretty darn close. Would not change a thing in this recipe. This will forever be the "homemade" burger of choice in our family.
