Garden Meatloaf

Reviewed on May 11, 2009 by Windtraveler
I tried this recipe out and I just didn't like the sweet spicy combo. The 1/2 cup of brown sugar was way too much and it gave the meatloaf an unnatural flavor. I think it has potential though. I will be using less sugar next time and I will also try to figure a way so that it doesn't come out so dry. I'm sorry for the low rating.

Mexican Rice III

Reviewed on May 6, 2009 by Windtraveler
I tried it and it has a good flavor. I over salted it though. I don't think it needs salt if you are using broth and cubes to flavor it. Not bad, only thing was the color was off a bit. Maybe add some tomato paste and sauce to give it a deeper orange color. But the flavor was good, cept for the saltiness. . . my fault.

Coconut Poke Cake

Reviewed on Mar. 10, 2009 by deborah
this is a very moist cake, and the taste is goooood.however,i have not made this recipe, but i used one that's called pina colada cake.same ingredients except you also use crushed pineapples.everything is done exactly the same way,but before you add the whipcream, add a can of drained crushed pineapples, then whip topping.
