Banana Bran Muffins

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

THIS IS VERY GOOD!! All I did was add more fruit than the recipe called for and reduced sugar (only because I am trying to eat less sugar). It is NOT too "cakey" like some say. I had seconds. Easy to make.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Yum Yum! I didn't change this recipe much, except for to double up on the sauce and add half of a chopped onion to it. I also added some apple cider vinigar. My husband ate three portions! He thought it was delicious and so did I! Thanks for the recipe! ( BY THE WAY- Fast and Easy too!)

T's Sweet Potato Fries

Next time I am going to buy a bag of frozen sweet pot fries. They were not very easy to cut. I microwaved it which just made it mushy. I am into quick and easy recipes. Oh well

Ham with Pineapple

Good ham! I didn't give it five stars because I think I liked the mustard and brown sugar glaze I tried last week better. HOWEVER, this was a very delicious recipe. Make sure you keep basting away. I added a little more brown sugar and used diet 7 up for the soda. I must say the presentation was beautiful. Lots of compliments!

Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche

I made this tonight for our "breakfast for dinner" night with my Father. He's a vegetarian so I needed something that would be delicious meatless. The only change I made was adding green onion in with the white onion. IT WAS SO GOOD! Everybody complimented me on the flavor and presentation of the dish. I give it five stars all the way!!

Incredible Chicken

This was pretty tasty! The only problem I had was it was REALLY overcooked at 1 hour. I would say 45 minutes should do the trick, otherwise it gets a bit dry. Otherwise, I really liked the flavor!

MMMMM oh boy this is delicious! I brought it to work and everyone asked for the recipe. The only changes I made were apple cider vinegar instead of white wine, and I also used lite coolwhip and splenda instead of real sugar. It turned out creamy and crunchy and PERFECT! I will DEFINITELY be using this again.
