Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Very tasty. The sauce was really good too. Only used 1/4 cup butter (instead of 3/4 cup) and it was plenty. Didn't bother with the clarified butter - follow other reviewer's suggestion of 2 T butter and 2 t. olive oil. Worked perfectly!
