Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes

Delicous and easy. My huband liked these better than real crab cakes. Make sure and squeeze all the water out of your zucchini.Recipe is perfect as written. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Zucchini Cobbler

Reviewed on Jul. 17, 2008 by Jasgirl
Crazy!! I was skeptical until the first bite. I had 5 huge zucchini sitting on the counter and was running out of ideas. This was delicous and we liked it better than the apple crisp I usually make. Can't wait to take some to a family function. Thanks a bunch for this recipe.

WOW!! This was fantastic. A simple great recipe that tastes and looks great. I have used both leftover turkey and chicken. Thanks so much. This is a keeper for sure.
