Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed on Aug. 20, 2007 by CHELLE090468
Excellent recipe. I did not have any ginger or seasoning salt on hand, so I substituted 2 tsp of Chinese Five Spice. I served these at my mom's retirement party and they were gone in 45 minutes (over 175 meatballs!). This dish is a great addition to any potluck or family get together!

Merwin's Shrimp Gumbo

Reviewed on Feb. 15, 2007 by M. Brown
My family loves this recipe. It has no okra in it like so many other recipes. Which is great, because I can't get my kids to touch the stuff, but at special occations they beg me to make this. My whole family devours it.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Very good recipe, love the taste of the spinach and I added sliced portabellas to my version. Portabellas add a healthy way to fill you up.
