Baked Ziti III

Yum! This was great - wasn't sure what to make of the sour cream, when I was putting it together, but it came out rich and delicious. Yes, it made a lot, but that was a lucky break, as we had two unexpected guests for dinner the night I made this!

Garlic Red Potatoes

These were just ok, nothing special. I didn't feel that all the extra flavors did anything for the potatoes. These were more work than just tossing potatoes in olive oil and garlic, but not as tasty. Won't bother making these again.

Artichoke Chicken

Based on other reviews, I used 1/2 Mayo and 1/2 sour cream, and also tossed some italian breadcrumbs on the top. This turned out great! My husband, who is not a big fan of chicken, loved it.
