About me:
I've been cooking and learning since I was around 11 years old. Boy have a I learned some nono's and some great dishes. I still mess up on recipes from time to time but with time they all improve. I'm currently taking culinary classes at a local college and I'm enjoying it tremendously.

Quick, healthy, and tastes fairly good... it just lacks that wow factor.

Banana Oat Muffins

Reviewed on Jun. 22, 2008 by Marbear
I replaced the oil with applesauce. I had never tried that before but it changes the texture a little (a bit chewy/gummy), so next time I might use oil, depending on who I'm baking for. Otherwise it's not bad... I also put in a pinch of cinnamon. A good yet healthy muffin is hard to find - thanks!

Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Reviewed on Jun. 5, 2008 by Marbear
These are totally scrumptious :) I bought a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chunks to save a couple minutes of prep time. No modifications to the recipe were necessary, but keep an eye on the bottoms of these! A couple of them got slightly burned.
