The Best Chicken Fried Steak

Reviewed on Jan. 4, 2010 by JILLYJO
Rating on the chicken fry only, we did not care for the gravy at all. For all those who are complaining about the blandness, any fried food really needs to be seasoned after it is fried, otherwise the seasoning gets cooked out.

Shrimpcargot

Reviewed on Dec. 30, 2009 by JILLYJO
My family of meat eating lovers, devoured these in minutes! Really really good. I bought a pound of shrimp, and did not have enough mushrooms. So I just put those on the baking sheet (always line with parchment paper) and drizzled the butter over them.

Bacon-Wrapped Peanut Butter Jalapenos

Reviewed on Dec. 30, 2009 by JILLYJO
Made these for Christmas Eve, sounds weird, but they were delicious! Who doesn't love peanut butter and bacon, and then the subtle kick of the jalapeno, yummy!
