Mexican Wedding Cakes I

I thought these were pretty good. not the best mexican wedding cake recipe i ever used but they were pretty rich and tasty. the butter/flour ratio seemed a little off though.

Norwegian Pancakes - Pannekaken

thank you so much for putting this recipe up! my aunt used to make these for me all the time as a child and i could never find the recipe she gave to me! delicious and now i can make them all the time! i just spread butter and pour powdered sugar then roll them up. makes a nice gooey sweet center!
