Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed on Apr. 15, 2008 by My soul cleaveth unto the dust
Excellent. I'm not a fan of sweet, the garlic was what turned me onto this recipe. It doesn't taste of garlic nor of honey, but has a great blended taste. Due to lack of soy sauce I used half worchester and half stir fry sauce, also I halved the salt because of reviewers saying it was too salty. Came out great, this will be how I make meatballs from now on. 5 stars.

Mandarin Pork Roast

This was actually very good. I substituted apricot preserves for the orange marmalade, and I used orange juice for lack of orange concentrate lol. Family enjoyed it. I will make it again, next time without the substitutions.
