Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2008
Very easy recipe that turned out very good. One point of interest is that I tried a suggestion to put rice on the bottem of the casserole. For anyone new to cooking as I am, use instant rice. After scraping off the top of the dish to avoid the uncooked rice at the bottem it turned into a very nice meal.

Corn Muffin Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2008
This is Heather, the creator of this recipe. As a suggestion for others when using this recipe, I have substituted the corn muffin with apple cinnamon muffin mix, berrry muffin mix, and bannana nut muffin mix. That is actually my daughter's preferred way of eatting them. Any style muffin mix will do. I hope you all enjoy it.

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

This is fantastic!!! My whole family ate it till it was gone. It was the hit of the party. Even my six year old enjoyed it. The only thing I changed was I added blueberries as suggested by another reviewer. I am definitely keeping ahold on this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it.

Crispy Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
I made this for the family and it was really easy, but it didn't have much flavor. I would use this as a starters recipe, but would definietly add more seasoning to it.

Cocktail Wieners II

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2007
Love this recipe(with a few changes). I always make it in my crockpot, it is so much easier. I use the entire jar of cocktail sauce but only about half the jar of jelly. You need to taste it as the two heat up. It is a great appetizer and everyone loves it. If you and your guests don't like it, you might be doing something wrong! :)

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2006
We really had fun making this recipe. And it was very good. It really kept the chicken moist wrapping it in the bacon. We added cherry tomatoes, and green peppers to our Shish Kabobs, but that marinade was so awesome! We made this on Labor Day, and decided that this was going to be our dish of choice for that holiday every year. Also we served it on a bed of Saffron Rice.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Liked the recipe overall. Used 2 cans of Rotel instead of tomato soup. Still would have liked there to be a little more of a kick. Maybe use more red pepper flakes.
