About me:
I have always had a great love and passion for cooking. Since I moved out of my parent's house, I have found an even greater love of cooking and baking. Also, as a child, I was extremely impatient. While baking every day with my grandmother as a little girl, I learned patience, which my boyfriend is extremely grateful for! :-)

Absolute Best Potato Casserole

Reviewed on Apr. 10, 2008 by accsp2000
I used 3/4 cup montery jack cheese, and 1/2 cup asiago which created a tangy flavor to the potato. I also added 1 tsp.white pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder to give it a kick. Sampling the cheese sauce itself was almost enough for me. Try topping it with Frenches fried onions.

Dennis' Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

Reviewed on Apr. 7, 2008 by accsp2000
This recipe yields 11 servings, but it only took two days for me and my boyfriend to finish! I'll make it again with garlic for a little more kick.
