Yep it sounds just like the Mac and Cheese I mac. I use Chive and Onion Cream cheese and EXTRA SHARP WITH CHEDDAR!

Apple Strudel Muffins

these are great. I did do 1/2 sugar and 1/2 brn sugar. I also added a touch of nutmeg. I will double my topping recipes ... it needed a lot more. maybe even will add another apple to the mix next time.

Who the heck is in charge of deciding what recipe is up for "recipe of the day"? Why would you choose to post a recipe where the review with the most helpful votes says that this recipe completely sucks? Why would you want to promote that on your site? The recipes of the day are a huge problem on this site...

Eggplant Parmesan

I followed this recipe exactly except I added a smidge of fresh oregano with the basil because I have some in my garden. Served this over whole grain spaghetti seasoned with evoo, a pinch of garlic salt, parsley & pepper with steamed fresh green beans. Totally delish! I will make this again, only thing different is I may peel it (I personally liked the color of the peel) because my kids didn't like the texture of the peel. But definately a make again recipe! Yum!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

These were excellent muffins, great texture and color. I used nectarines and vanilla yogurt (low fat) and replaced the butter with canola oil and added cinnamon. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly as written. Will be making these again.

Real Italian Calzones

These turned out really good. I tried brushing them with olive oil instead of the egg, but realized I should have done the egg to begin with. The olive oil makes it look dry, the egg on the other hand adds a nice golden color. Also, next time I will use less ricotta and more mozzarella (which I used instead of the cheddar). My husband loved them. Will make again

Crispy Oven-Fried Fish Fillets

I made this for a quick meal last night. I used cod fillets and cut them into nice chunks. I only did the dipping of milk once (after the flour), I also seasoned the flour like others had said. I had herbed stuffing on hand, so that is what I used. I couldn't believe how crispy and yummy these turned out. Next time I am going to try a different stuffing mix flavor, just to see. This was a great quick meal!

Pasta, Broccoli and Chicken

Well this recipe has great potential but as is it falls a little flat in flavor. Definitely needs some more pesto than what is called for. At least double it I ended up using about 5 T by the time I was done. I would add extra garlic and maybe some onion next time. It was quick and easy for a quick night meal. Thanks.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I thought it tasted like a cinnabon! Very good. I flipped the rolls onto a foil-lned cookie sheet immediately after baking to keep the brown sugar filling on the rolls. Worked great. I'll be keeping this recipe around for sure!
