Artichokes in a Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce

We do liked this recipe. I love garlic, artichokes and basil so this was perfect for me. (I used egg noddles insted of shell pasa)

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

My husband loved this recipe!! The chicken was very tender and juicy. I used two tbs of soy sauce and one of balsamic vinegar. Very very good. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Chocolate Cheese Frosting

Great frosting!!! I added 4 more oz of cream cheese and 1 tbs of cocoa, it came out very creamy and delicious, I used to have a very similar recipe and I lost it, this will certantly will be MY new chocolate frosting!!!

Mom's Chocolate Cake

Very good cake!, easy and tasty, or in my son's way: Yummy yummy! I used frosted it with the Chocolate Cheese frosting and it turned out great, we made it at night, and had it for breakfast, really really good!

Paprika Pork Chops

DELICIOUS recipe!!! I did make some changes, I brushed a bit of mustard on each chop before baking and when I sauteed the onions I added 1/2 tsp of sugar to caramelize the onions. It turned out great!, we loved it, thanks!

Wasabi Mayo Salmon

This was a delicious dish, spicy yet not hot at all. I did double the ammount of wasabi powder, and it tasted really great!. The chìps I used were regular chips, and it tasted wonderful. Thank you very much for a VERY easy to make dish!

Ranch Burgers

The best burguers EVER!!! My husband is not much of a burguer lover, but he loved this ones, he asked for doubles, and my kids (ages 3 and 2), just loved them, and asked me if they could have them again tomorrow. Thank you very much for this recipe, and it sure is a keeper!

Baked Sesame Chicken

I'm so sorry to rate this recipe with two stars. I gave it 2*, because it was very easy to make, but at the end, neither my husband or me liked the flavor at all. I served it with ceasar salad, and ended adding the dressing to the chicken to give it some flavor. Sorry.

Gingerbread People

This are good cookies, I liked them, but I found them a little bit spicier and sweeter than I would've liked. I tried to do boys and girls, and they spread out so much, you couldn't tell what they were once they were done. I will definetly try another recipe for the next time.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Eggplant -- Easy, Good and Tasty

DE-LI-CIOUS!!! My husband and daughter (22 months old) just loved it!!!, it was so easy to make and so delicious at the end, a friend gave me the eggplant and didn't know what to do with them, now, I'll make this recipe every week!. I mixed the tomatoes with the dressing and the cheese, and put some basil leafs on each slice.
