Spinach Tortellini Soup

I made this soup yesterday, and even though I don't like to change the recipes, I followed some of the changes others did...I sauteed onions and garlics, added the chicken broth, chopped tomatoes, then the spinach (I had fresh, so I used it), boiled the tortellini separately, but I left them almost done, and when I served them, I added them to the broth to let them finish cooking in it so they could get the flavors of everything, I also added some shredded parmesan cheese, and it turned out great! Hubby and I loved it!

Chicken Marsala

After reading most of the reviews I thought this would be an awsome chicken, I got so dissapointed with the results, first, it was way too much oil and butter, second, you could taste the flour, the sauce didn't taste like much it needed a lot of seasoning. I served it with spaghetti and my family after tasting the chicken just ate the pasta, sorry!

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

A very good recipe! My hubby loved it, although it took a lot more than 15 minutes to be ready, it was so worth it the wait, my kids liked it very much also, I don't like to change the recipes also, so I followed the instructions as they came, it needed salt at the end, but once it was done, I really liked it.

Slammin' Salmon

This is definitely the BEST salmon recipe I've ever made!, I followed the recipe exactly and it was so yummy! When I want to give salmon to my kids, I have to tell them is pink piraña, so they find this exiting and eat it, well, yesterday, I told them it was salmon and they kept asking for more they LOVED IT!

Chicken Savoy

I really don't know what went wrong with this recipe, I read all the reviews and almost everybody said that it was a very good chicken. DH and I ate it, but he said he didn't like it at all, my kids wouldn't come near the chicken because it didn't look too good. I don't think I'll make the recipe again. Sorry.

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

Yummy!!! is the first word that came to mind when I tried it! I had my doubts about this, but it turned out so great, I wanted to eat the beurre blanc on its own. I doubled the sauce recipe and I didn't finish it, but next day I prepared with cooked chicken I had, and made sandwiches....you have no idea how good they came out, you should deffiently try it. Thanks a lot for 2 awsome recipes!!!

Awsome!!!! I followed the reciped exactly as it called for except for the mushrooms, I had fresh ones so I used them instead of the canned, it was soooo good, my kids are very picky eaters and they asked for doubles! Thanks!

Beer Butt Chicken

Mmmmm, mmmmm, mmmmmm!!!! What a delicious chicken!!! DH and I just loved it!, it was fun to make, fun to watch them sit while baking, and fun to eat!, BUT, as someone else sugested, I drank the 1/2 unused beer, and that was part of the fun!, I actually baked 2 ckickens, I eat one that day, and the other I used it to make sandwiches for a brunch we were having, they came out delicious, everybody kept asking for the recipe. Thanks for an awsome recipe, this will certanly will be a keeper!!!

Parmesan Sesame Chicken

It's is pretty easy to prepare but I agree with other reviewers it lacks of flavor. First use less that 1/2n cup of bread crumbs. Then for more flavor use garlic salt, pepper and herbs of provenze or dried basil. Now if you don't add any of the seasing I mentioned befores you can prepare some dipping sauces like: a creamy italian dressing, cesar, mustard and mayonise.

It is really good and easy to make. But next time I will like to add a little bit of orange or lemon zest, garlic or onion, salt and pepper. That will make it even better.

Very good! My husband and daughter loved it. I wasn't going to use the tomato paste but I didn't have tomato sauce so I had to and it turn out great!.. not heavy like others reviewers said. Next time I'll try with tomato sauce and see the difference.
