Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed on Apr. 29, 2006 by Judi
This recipe is very easy to make. You do not need special ingredients to make it. My daughter and husband love these muffins. I also include 1/2 cups of chopped nuts such walnuts or pecans. It tastes really good. You can also use this batter for banana bread. Just follow the recipe as follows and put the batter into a bread pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375 F.

Dog Treats I

My Chuhuahua dogs love these treats. They kill for them. It was really fun and easy to make them. I couldn't find any bone cookie cutters in the regular stores. I found mine on Ebay.

Spanish Flan

Reviewed on Jan. 5, 2006 by Icy Tea
This is the recipe i've always used... but for what here in Mexico we call Chocoflan or Pastel Imposible (in southern mexico.. Impossible Cake)... all you have to do is prepare a chocolate cake mix and pour it over the flan mixture, then bake it on water bath (350 degrees) for 1:20 hours.... I promise you won't regret it :)
