Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

Reviewed on Feb. 22, 2007 by Proud Army Wife
What a delicious & unique flavor! I just made these for my 2 year old and I, and I think with a different pankcake mix I should get these perfect. All I had was Hungry Jack Extra Light and Fluffy (just add water) pancake mix, which is probably why they weren't as dense. I did end up needing all the milk as written, but I would advise to add it gradually as another person said, if you're using just add water mix. Great recipe & I will make these again.

Pineapple Chicken Delight

Reviewed on Jan. 31, 2007 by Proud Army Wife
WOW!!! This is one of the easiest and most delicious recipes I've ever tried. As others mentioned, it smells wonderful while cooking. I used brown sugar BBQ sauce and I didn't have any red potatoes, so I threw in a package of frozen mixed baby potatoes and other veggies, and it turned out much better than I expected. The chicken was very moist and just peeled apart. Thank you for this recipe!
