I ended up getting some snow crab legs on sale at the market. I wanted something a little different from plain steamed, boiled, or grilled crab legs, so I ended up throwing a few things together to make this awesome crab leg dish. Enjoy! This would be great with shrimp as well.

This is the recipe for my grandma's rice. Being Hispanic, this is about as Mexican as you can get. Good as a side dish, or in a taco with ground beef.

Southwest cooking at its best. Two different kinds of beans are zipped up with picante sauce, cilantro, garlic and tomato, and then layered between a stack of flour tortillas. Pop into a hot oven and 40 minutes later it emerges - seven layers of delight.

Fresh mangoes freeze well, so when they're in season, I dice and freeze them in 2-cup containers. That way, I always have some on hand for making these flavorful muffins.

I won a first-place trophy with this recipe in a cook-off in 1981. I've made it for family and guests many times since. Each squash has a shiny glaze on top, which makes this a spectacular-looking dish!

This is a no roll, press in the pan crust, made with oil instead of shortening. It is very good and very easy. A good choice for when a top crust isn't necessary. Vegetable oil may be used instead of peanut oil.

What makes this traditional potato salad so good is that the dressing is poured onto the potatoes while they are still warm. Then the whole wonderful concoction sits for an hour to blend all the flavors perfectly. Makes six generous servings.
