Potato Salmon Patties

I prefer fresh salmon, so i baked mine(laid out foil, sprinkled with olive oil, placed th salmon in the center, added salt, pepper, granulated garlic and a dash of white wine. Wrapped tightly and baked for 45 minutes). Added a little bit more garlic and homemade old bay seasoning. Thank you!

Hawaiian Tarts

Wow! These are delicious. I did them just as the recipe but since I didn't have a mini-muffin tray I did full sized muffins. Next time I will cheat though and use ready made short crust pastry for the base.

Banana Oat Muffins

Awesome recipe. I've made it countless times and has always been a hit. I make 2 batches and freeze them. Every morning and take one out and microwave it for 40 seconds, tastes as if I just baked them. I added ground flaxseed to give it more fiber content. At times, I substitute flour for whole wheat flour, then add 1 tbs of vegetable oil so it doesn't come out too dry. They're AMAZING.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

I made a couple of changes, i thought these would be way too sweet for our taste. Omitted the white sugar since the white chocolate and brown sugar give enough sweetness to the cookies. Used rum instead of brandy, 'cause that's what i had on hand. Also added chopped pecans. Thank u!

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Mmmmmm, deeeelicioussss.... my mom wants me to prepare more chocolate sauce for her, just chocolate sauce, she's still raving!! she was stealing spoonfuls of the stuff when i couldn't see her, hmmmmm, naughty kid!! XD

Bread Machine Bagels

I don't own a bread machine so i worked the dough with my hands. Let the dough rise for an hour after kneading, and another hour after forming the bagels. Sprinkled with onion flakes. Thanks for the recipe!

Spring Biscotti

Oh man, am i disappointed, the flavor was ok but...well, this is not my first time making biscottis, actually we've been making these for years and years at home, so i'm not inexperienced. The dough was extremely sticky (after 3 hours in the freezer) and the resulting logs were crumbly. I followed the recipe to a T, so i guess there was something wrong with the metric conversions. Anyway, i'm not giving this another try, i'll stick to my old recipe. Thank you

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

So yummy and creamy! I took the advice of having everything at room temperature and baked in a 1" water bath for 1 hour and then turned off the oven and let it sit in there for 5 hours before chilling. Topped it with fresh blackberries and got compliments from everyone! Will definitely make this again.

Basil Shrimp

This was great! I prepared this for my mom and me last week, but i made a couple of changes. Used 3 TB olive oil, omitted the butter, added more garlic, a splash of white wine and just 1 TB of mustard. Also added swordfish and calamari along with the shrimp. The swordfish had a funny taste, not sure what happened, but the calamari and shrimp were extremely flavorful and delicious.

Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

Amazing!! we had these for dinner yesterday night, and loved them. Ok, i made some changes, first i browned 1/2 small onion (finely chopped) and the mushroom stems (i hate throwing away things i can eat). Mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and added a splash of white wine (trust me, it makes a difference). Didn't have lobster tail, so i added shrimp, and also used a four cheeses mix cause that's what i had on hand. Thank you!!
