Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed on Sep. 29, 2008 by KittySerbia
Wow! Fantastic! Divine! What other adjectives can I use to describe this delectible, finger-lickin' good chicken? I prepared it last night and let it sit all night in the fridge with the "rub" on. I baked it for about 5 1/2 hours and it was just beautiful! My husband was raving with every bite! He likes his whole chicken really well baked; he doesn't like it to be "wet" (juicy) inside. This was just right; it was very well baked, but was by no means dried out. It was really perfect. I can see serving this for guests. It was such a simple recipe-just requires a little preparation; it's not something you can just think about and bake. But, how does the saying go? "Best things come to those who wait"!! Thanks a million for this one!

Pumpkin Roll II

Reviewed on Sep. 27, 2008 by KittySerbia
What a beautiful dessert! I was a little nervous---when I spread the icing on, it looked a little thin (like I needed more). I went ahead and rolled it and tried to roll it as tight as I could. I couldn't wait to see what it looked like, so I cut the end off. I was dissapointed! It looked so whimpy! I put it in the fridge and let it sit overnight. The next day when we had guests over, I cut into it and it had "filled out" overnight! It was so perfect; I couldn't have hoped for it to look any nicer! And the taste had also developed, as well. Thank you so much for a beautiful and easy sweet!!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed on Sep. 27, 2008 by KittySerbia
Well, I wouldn't say these were out of this world, but they are good. I have made these numerous times and always have a problem with them drying out if we don't eat them IMMEDIATELY out of the oven; maybe that's the nature of them? Anyway, my 11-year old son requests these all the time and when I make them, he will eat them until he is blue in the face! They freeze fantastically! After you cut them into individual rolls, place on a cookie sheet in a single layer, freeze them then place into freezer bags for later enjoyment! I think the amount of cinnamon is right on; I can't imagine any less like some have suggested; I guess it's just a matter of personal preference! Thank you for this recipe.
