Glazed Meatloaf II

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
This wonderful, was my dinner and both me and my hub loved it. It fell apart but I should have addded more breadcrumbs. I used Dijon because I don't have dry moustard, the rest I made it as the recipe indicates. Some of you complainted about the onions I decided to sauté them first in some olive oil and after that I drained the oil in kitchen towel, than I mixed the oil-free onion with the ground meat. It tasted wonderfuly and I'll make it over and over...with more breadcrumbs

These were very easy. I followed the recipe exactly except that I used semi-sweet choc. I had large strawberries tooth picks would not hold them ,I used small kabob skewers...they worked. Thanks for the recipe.

Love this recipe and make it quite often. My family in Portugal makes this recipe in a saucepan instead of in the oven but the taste is the same. We call it "Bacalhau a Sevilhana". Delicious!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2007
It's terrible! Because you just can't stop eating! I sure will make this recipe over and over again! This positivelly is the best way to eat chocolate and zucchini. I used nuts instead of chocolate chips, and also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. YUMMY!

Blueberry Muffins I

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
Very good. My 5 year old boy love blueberries, and he became a huge fan of these muffins. My little girl hates blueberries so, since I was in a hurry and didn't have time to find another recipe of muffins, instead of adding blueberries I added chocolate in powder. It was yummy! Very very delicious!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2006
I tried this chicken parmesan, it was the first time I cooked it as well as the first time I ate ii and I loved it. I've just added some oregons on the cheese and some parmesan on the tomato sauce. I think that It would be be better if only made with chicken breasts stakes because it gets too heavy and a little dry with the breasts halves (maybe the chicken breasts I used were too big). Besides that I found it very delicious!
