From Carmel, Indiana, Andy Heavilin writes, I received a recipe from a friend, and it's the greatest dessert I've ever had. I'm sure that it's loaded with fat and calories, though. Can you help?

Chicken first simmers in tomatoes, chile peppers and creamy soup to seal in the flavors, gets wrapped in tortillas, and then bakes in that same stew. Top with enchilada sauce and Cheddar. You'll need to marinate the chicken in your favorite marinade before cooking begins!

Portuguese Cod Fish Casserole

This is an easy fish meal with my moms original ingredients. You must soak the salted cod over night and change the water at least twice. An excellent cod fish dish.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This is the simplest version of chocolate covered strawberries I know. Paraffin was originally used instead of shortening. Turn the strawberries upside down and insert by the toothpicks into a piece of styrofoam for easy cooling, or simply place them on a sheet of wax paper. White chocolate may be drizzled over the milk chocolate for a fancier look. They are perfect for weddings when decorated with frosting bow ties, bells, butterflies, roses, etc.
