I've made this dish several times and its great every time. I usually make it without the chicken. Next time I would like to add some scallops and peas.

Gluten-Free Orange Almond Cake with Orange Sauce

I made this cake for mother's day and everyone loved it, especially the sauce. The cake had a great orange/almond flavour but very dry. When i put the sauce on it, it completely soaked it up and tasted delicious. I did have way too much sauce left over and i would have preferred a thicker sauce.

Portuguese Burnt Sugar Candy

Fantastic...with a few additions! Note to self: Do NOT use raw sugar. I made this first with raw sugar because coming from Australia, it's cheaper. It went all hard and sugarcubey. Disgusting. I tried it again with caster sugar/white sugar..added, 1 tsp chinese five spice, 1 tsp aniseed essence and 1 tsp vanilla essence and it came out beautifully. For Aussies: the temp. of sugar rose to 125 degrees celcius before it was ready. YUM!

Sunny's Creamy Chicken Pork Chops

thid recipe was amazing and so easy! what i did was i had a pork round roast and i cut it into chopsso i had 8 of them that i made in two batches. the first one i followed the recipe almost exactly except for i burnt them a little but those turned out allright. the second batch was way better,i browned the pork first for alittle then i put the onions,garlic,chicken broth and cream of chicken soup all togther in with the meat and let it simmer.the result was outstanding! thanks so much.

Chicken with Herb Sauce

this chicken was wonderful! i made some changes though,i used lemon juice insted of lime and i also added a half cup of white wine to the sauce. oh i also used lemon pepper instead of regular.i served it over buttered noodles and it was a hit. everyone had seconds and there was no leftovers. thats when you really know its a hit

Orange Juice Chicken
