Easy Garlic Chicken

I sautéd fresh garlic in olive oil, then marinated the chicken for about 2 hours. On top of the bread crumbs I drizzled some more olive oil. It was ok.... it just seemed a little dry.

Potato Pancakes I

I love this recipe!! I just sauté the onions in olive oil before adding them to the potatoes, then I lay out the potatoes in a baking dish and bake in the oven (325° for about 45 min.) Just GREAT!!!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

Made this tonight for dinner! Not bad... just made a few changes...first I sautéed the onion with butter,then added the mushrooms. Made fresh chicken broth and skipped the sherry....nice for a chilly evening!!!

Salsa Borracha (Drunk Salsa)

Tiramisu II

Very Good!! I love tiramisu... but I always hated the "raw" egg part!! This is a wonderful recipe.. I used a double boiler to cook the egg/sugar/milk mix.Used "savoiardi", I live in Italy so they're easy to find...I also used "marsala al uovo" which is a liquer for desserts instead of coffee...just great!!!

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

Very good and super easy, the only change I made was to use wide egg noodles cut in half. The funny thing is I live in Italy and like many other "ITALIAN" recipes this doesn't existe here!!! Just like "italian bread crumbs".. no such thing here!!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

I grew up in Philly, so I KNOW my soft pretzels!! These were ok!! I omitted the 1/2 cup of sugar, and brushed with melted butter while baking!! But when I get "home sick" these will help a little!!

Broccoli Beef I
