Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

We love this Risotto and I cook it often. I think that 4 cups of broth would be fine in order to get the right consistency.

Oat Bran Bread

Delicious, easy bread. I made it in my machine and I substituted the water with milk. Everybody loved it. This will now be my favourite bread.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

As most of the others, I added a pinch of cinnamon. Next time, I will mix the butter-sugar syrup with the apples, instead of pouring it on top of the pie. Great taste though! Anyone loved it!
