Chorizo Burger

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
Love the idea... I seen that there were some rewiews that said that the burger fell apart during cooking so I added egg... But this didn't help. As I said great idea but it didn't work for me. :)

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
Fabulous! I used 1/2 jar of roasted red pepper from Trader Joe's instead of the red pepper, chopped button mushrooms, and a little more garlic, a little less cream, and no extra salt. Other than those changes, followed recipe exactly. Wonderful - it REALLY does taste like something you'd get from Cheesecake Factory. Thanks much!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
My boys and I loved this!! I always have smoking incidents when I broil, so I just baked it for around an hour. I'll use the broiler just to crisp up the skin. So simple to make, I didn't even measure anything, and the end result was finger lickin' good! Thanks so much for this recipe!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
Great recipe! Wish I had made these sooner. hehe I added cinnamon because years ago I tasted cinnamon in peanut butter cookies and have never gone back. :-) I always make changes to recipes, and did add extra peanut butter and oatmeal, but the recipe is also fine the way it is. I found I had to bake mine for around 15 mins or they were uncooked in the middle. This made them a bit crunchier as well, which is how I like them. Thanks for the recipe!! :-)

Honey Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
Very easy and delicious chicken recipe. Not all my family liked it and it was a bit greasy. Wish I had read the other reviews, I would have decreased the butter as well. :-) Will definitely make it again though with a few tweaks.
