Poblano Chile Enchiladas a la Gringa

Reviewed on Dec. 3, 2009 by Sylvia
Very nice recipe. I give it four stars because I didn't think the flavor was popping out. I fire roasted my pabalno's over the gas flame on my stove top, put them in a paper bag for a few minutes and peeled the skin off with paper towels, removed the seeds for wonderful tasting pablanos.

Carrot and Fennel

Reviewed on Nov. 25, 2009 by Corrina
Loved it!! Making it again for Thanksgiving. The only changes I made where a) I used half and half instead of cream, and b) I added a splash of dry sherry with the half and half. I served it family style, topped with chopped fennel tops and lemon slices. It looks as good as it tastes!

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by cricrinapoli
Like other reviews, I found this very bland. I love all the ingredients but for some reason they didn't work together. I added loads of spices, but it still didn't fix it. I ate it, but I wouldn't make it again.
